Q Where can I buy a bulb?
A We have the bulbs specially made. These can be purchased on our website under> lighting > spare bulbs.
Q Is this lamp suitable for small children? Does it heat up a lot?
A Yes all our lamps are suitable for children and have been safety tested and CE certified. We of course recommend that they are not to be played with as they are not a toy. They do not get warm and have been tested by the Lighting Association.
Q Hi we bought the rabbit light for our little girls room 3 years ago and we have recently broken the plug transformer for the light. Is it possible to purchase a replacement from you?
A Yes we sell a replacement electric set which fits all our lamps. The set includes the cable, transformer plug (24v) and an LED bulb. This set simply screws in to the plastic threaded ring in the base of the lamp. This can be found under the top menu > lighting and pull down menu > replacement parts
Q I need to purchase a plug for my lamp do you sell these?
A We do but the plug comes as part of the electric set (including bulb and cable) we don't sell the plug separately.
Q I have a white rabbit lamp: please could I order some extra bulbs?
A Yes we sell the spare bulbs on our website. Our spare bulbs will fit all shapes of our lamps - including animals and toadstools. These can be found under the top menu > lighting and pull down menu > spare bulbs. Firstly - You will need to check if your plug on your lamp is either black or white first. The black plug will need a 'filament bulb' and the white plug will need an LED bulb
Q I need a spare bulb for a toadstool lamp I have had for 3 or more years which type of bulb do I need?
A You will need to check the plug on your lamp first. If it has a black plug you will need to buy a 'filament bulb' These can be found under the top menu > lighting and pull down menu > spare bulbs You need the one which states "black plug"
Q I have looked everywhere for spare bulbs but nothing fits or works in my lamp?
A The bulbs for our lamps are a specialist item and not generally stocked in hardware or lighting store. This is because our lamps are 'child appealing' and as such must be 24 volts. Therefore we have them specially made and sell them on our website. You will need to check the colour of plug on your lamp first. If it has a black plug (over 2 years old) you will need to buy a 'filament bulb' These can be found under the top menu > lighting and pull down menu > spare bulbs and you need the one which states "black plug" If it has a white plug (our current models all come with a white plug) than you will need to buy the LED bulb for a 'white plug'
Q your website won't accept my email address (the email address X is not valid)
A If you have placed an order with us before your email address will already be on our system. You will have been emailed a link to login and set a password when you originally placed your first order. Q I have had my lamp for more than 10 years and My lamp just has a hole in the base - I have also lost the plug and bulb etc what do i need to get the lamp working again?

Q My granddaughter has given me her white rabbit lamp. The model no is Toadstool 01. The bulb when plugged in just shows the elements glowing a very feint red not showing any light what is the answer to this problem ? is the adaptator at fault?
A Hi no the adapter plug is not the problem. You have probably used the wrong bulb in your lamp. It sounds like you have used a 240volt Bulb instead of a 24volt bulb. These can be found on our website under the top menu > lighting and pull down menu > replacement parts. Firstly - You will need to check if your plug on your lamp is either black or white first. The black plug will need a 'filament bulb' and the white plug will need an LED bulb
Q Hi, I bought a Pig Table Lamp in John Lewis. When I got home the ring to screw in the bulb was missing from the lamp therefore the bulb does not attach to anything. Do you have these as spare parts please?
A Hi - Yes - please email us : firstname.lastname@example.org stating that your lamp needs a 'plastic threaded ring' and your name and address and we will send you one Free of charge. You will simply need to glue it in place with super glue, wait for it to set and then screw in your electric set.
