Shipping policy

We try to ship all in stock items between 2-5 working days with Parcelforce or Royal Mail.
We will contact you via email you if your item is out of stock with an estimated delivery date
Please note that orders for personalised items and items of furniture are made to order and we will let you know an estimated delivery date

If you are not satisfied with your item and wish to return it to us please do so within 28 days in an undamaged state fit for resale and in all the original packaging, including gift tags, and outer cartons, cables and bulbs.

• Please include your order number, name, address and reason for the return.
• Please return your item Second Class Royal Mail. Please ask for a proof of postage with your receipt. Please add your name and order number in the parcel
• Return address: White Rabbit England, The Long House, Battery Lane, WIlmslow, Cheshire SK9 5LT
• When we receive the item back we will issue you with a full refund for the item and the First Class postage.
• Your refund will usually be sent via the same method of payment within 7 days of receiving the goods.
• If your order is for personalised or furniture items these are all made to order and once placed cannot be cancelled.
